Pastor Cynthia Diggs, a native of Las Vegas, Nevada, is an anointed, ordained preacher and speaker of God's word. Born to the parentage of the late Pastor James and the late First Lady Odessa Diggs, her life was destined for greatness.
Cynthia walks boldly in her calling of ministry and received her license to preach the gospel in 2008 by her spiritual father, Pastor Dr. Denny D. Davis. She was later ordained in 2013 also by Pastor Davis. She served faithfully and attended the St. John Church 'Unleashed' located in Grand Prairie and Southlake, TX for (18) eighteen years. There she served in several capacities including praise and worship, discipleship facilitator, ladies growth group teacher, youth, intercessory prayer and associate minister. God has since called and elevated her to the next phase of ministry. She currently attends the Altar Exchange Church in Lancaster, TX where she is the Executive Pastor under the Leadership of Senior Pastor Prophet Pernell Jordan.
Pastor Cynthia has a strong passion for the singles, youth and women's ministries and teaches them all from her own personal experiences. She is the Founder of Cyndi4RealMinistries…Realistic Expectations about Life. This ministry teaches one how to expect positive results while dealing with negative situations and still “Keep it real” in truth. She lives by the philosophy that "Truth is the key to deliverance". Under the umbrella of this ministry are several components.
One is the mentorship program entitled M.A.G.I.C Phase I...Mentees Accepting God’s Inevitable Call. The first phase is devoted to teaching women how to discover those area(s) that God has uniquely called them to according to His word, incorporate daily disciplines while serving God and His people in excellence. M.A.G.I.C Phase II...Maturing and Growing in Christ is the next step of walking into all that was discovered from Phase I. This program has successfully been a guide in helping women in various cities, states and countries. Another component to Cyndi4realministries is her own personal business offering tutorial services and STARR test preparation for school aged children, concentrating on K-6th grade. Many children desire a little extra assistance with homework assignments, extra credit work, time management and regular study habits that lead to academic excellence.
Birthed in 2012, the "Women in Ministry" quarterly workshop classes is now facilitated and hosted by Pastor Diggs to edify, educate, enlighten and empower women that serve in any capacity of ministry. This is not only a mandate from God, it is truly her passion. She truly has the heart to teach others relevant information to aid them along the path of their God given assignment. Each workshop has a definite theme from understanding your call, birthing your purpose, real worship and so much more. She teaches from the manual that she personally wrote and adds the new class material at each workshop. The ladies simply love this method because they are able to study more at home in their own personal time. Many desire a more intimate setting where Q/A can be shared without missing the true feeling of a worship service and each session provides that and more. Many women have discovered their purpose as well as received knowledgeable information to serve successfully in ministry from the Women in Ministry classes. The turnout of women continues to be phenomenal each time!
“My Growth before the Gown” is the title of the singles ministry she has adapted to teach single women how to accept and understand the importance of the season of singleness. She shares her own past secret struggles, present life strategies and future success in a very transparent and vivid way. This has proven to show other singles the commonalities that we all share, the choices we make and how to use the gift of singleness.
She spent 10 years as a private school teacher and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from U.T. Arlington. She has received a great background in theological studies from the St. John Bible Institute and is currently pursuing a dual Masters in Christian Education and Pastoral Leadership from The Dallas Theological Seminary.
On April 29th, 2016, she released the first written publication of her journal and own personal quotes book. She understands the importance of a “God given vision” and desires to impart into others what God has given to her. In March 2017, "The Journey of Who I Am" book was released. She is the Co-author along with her Live Out Loud Singles Empowerment team of this well written, informative publication.
Of all her life accomplishments, Pastor Diggs would like the world to know her as a woman of God that understands that, "No matter what you are faced with, you can make it if you have Christ on your side!" Psalms 91:1 has proven to be the foundation of her life. As she abides in the secret place of The Most High God, He also abides in her.
To date, she has shared the word of God in various cities, states and countries. God has graced her ministry to reach international audiences as she has already shared the word of God in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Ontario, Canada, Toronto, Canada, Rio de Janerio, Brazil, Hamilton, Bermuda, Grand Turks and Caicos, Cozumel, Mexico and Nairobi, Kenya! To date, she is comfortably using her influential voice to speak to many audiences all over the world as she articulates through real, prophetic, transparent messages of hope from the word of God. She attributes her flourishing ministry to her strong Christian upbringing and consistent prayer life.
